The Real Estate Administrative Assistant provides administrative, operational, marketing, compliance, and team support across sales, rentals, HR, and office management. You’ll support our agents and management by coordinating documentation, maintaining accurate listing information, assisting with due diligence, managing property-related tasks, and keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Agent support: collect due diligence documents for vendors and purchasers, prepare and send documents for signature, and follow up on condition-satisfaction requirements
  • Input and update CIREBA data, approve agents’ new/changed listings, and post status changes for sales and rental listings
  • Create and organise transaction folders, maintain chattels lists, and file documents
  • Coordinate property signs and open-house sign-in/sign-out processes
  • Marketing support: update the MAD Google Sheet and save property photos for listings
  • HR & onboarding: arrange meetings, prepare contracts, collect onboarding documents (ID, police clearance, health insurance, pension), set up Dropbox/Command access, and arrange headshots
  • WORC / work-permit coordination: job-portal requirements, work-permit documentation, job adverts, and interview scheduling
  • Office administration: manage supplies and coordinate AC, pest control, and maintenance; plus ad-hoc errands such as key collection/delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, helpful approach with agents, clients, vendors, and service providers
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Confidence using Google Sheets, Dropbox, CIREBA, Command, and document-signing platforms
  • Willingness to assist with varied office, property, and administrative tasks
  • Eligible to work in the Cayman Islands

We’re hiring a talented, full-time Videographer to capture and edit world-class property tours, agent reels, and brand content. From luxury beachfront listings to social-first short-form video, you’ll own the visual storytelling that sets KW Cayman apart. This is a creative role for someone who lives and breathes camera work, editing, and the craft of making real estate look extraordinary.

What You'll Do

  • Shoot and edit cinematic property tour videos and listing reels
  • Produce social-first content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) for agents and the brand
  • Capture drone / aerial footage of properties and neighbourhoods
  • Edit, colour-grade, and deliver polished video on tight timelines
  • Collaborate with agents and marketing on creative direction
  • Maintain and manage camera, drone, lighting, and audio equipment

What We're Looking For

  • Proven videography + editing portfolio (real estate or lifestyle a plus)
  • Expert in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or similar)
  • Skilled with cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio
  • Drone experience (licensed pilot preferred)
  • Strong eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling
  • Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage multiple shoots; own transport preferred
  • Eligible to work in the Cayman Islands
